Since moving to you from my previous rental company it has really been a much more positive experience and I would certainly recommend LPG to anyone.  Your ability to constantly obtain students early in the year was certainly much more proactive than had previously been the case.  Also your management of the house and making sure everything was fine particularly during those two cold winters during the Christmas holidays was reassuring and appreciated. 

After my first semester I have little to fault about the service I received from LPG Property. The staff are very friendly and approachable and their service is straightforward and professional. You are free to enjoy your time in Uni with price plans that coincide with when you get your student loans.

I would definitely recommend LPG Property, as they have struck a great balance between being helpful and being unobtrusive

A very friendly and helpful service. Paul always goes the extra mile to make sure the year is as comfortable as possible, with payments coming out the same time our loans come in etc. He makes sure you are not scammed out of your deposit by encouraging you to take photos of everything and puts it in a safety deposit scheme. When things are broken and you don't know what to do, it nearly always is sorted out within the day by a professional or else comes and fixes it himself. Great service
