A very friendly and helpful service. Paul always goes the extra mile to make sure the year is as comfortable as possible, with payments coming out the same time our loans come in etc. He makes sure you are not scammed out of your deposit by encouraging you to take photos of everything and puts it in a safety deposit scheme. When things are broken and you don't know what to do, it nearly always is sorted out within the day by a professional or else comes and fixes it himself. Great service
